Login doesn’t work
We only want to use the app to scan pre sold (from showtix website) tix at the door, doesn’t work. Same problem as everyone else
This app does not work
The ShowTix4U system is excellent overall. This app has not received the technical and development attention it requires to provide even a modicum of the functionality of the site. It starts with the login screen, which offers no password retrieval or Google login options, and gets worse from there. PLEASE redevelop this app ASAP. A lot of groups rely on your services.

won’t let me log in
the submit button won’t engage when i try to log in. The selections to scan tickets via a web browser are not there in the “gear” when i click it as the youtube video states. I don’t have tome to troubleshoot this with my show today, but here i am wasting time on a program that is taking money AWAy from my students yet isn’t working efficiently. i am a whole new level

Does not work
Could not get in so disappointed !!!
Reviewer doesn’t get it.
The person who reviewed this app does not seem to understand that this app, no matter how bad it is, has nothing to do with the streaming service the company provides. As for the app, I can’t get past the log in screen to even attempt to use it.

Not working for High school production
Does not work well
My son’s high school used it for the spring musical. Very cumbersome to use. Would not load on to AppleTV as they stated. Would load onto a brand new smart TV via AirPlay. Quality was poor as well. Also no opportunity to debug logon as it just started and stopped at appointed time ( unlike other apps). If your hosting a showcase something else.

Useless
No longer works. We can log in on all browsers and platforms of equipment but the app will not let us log in
Good but has issues
Works for the most part, but some issues that need attention.
The interface is not clear if you need to go back a screen or if you need to manually check in patrons without a barcode. Also takes a while to load the list. Would be better if there was an offline mode in case of poor internet connection at the door. Finally, the app shows tickets that have been released, and therefore are not being checked in. This complicates the process as it makes it look like there are missing people.
