Amazing!!
So I thought it was just a normal app that helps you get abs but it’s way better. I scanned my abs and it gave me a full breakdown of where I’m lacking and then gave me a full workout routine to fix my weak spots. Plus I can also track my calories aswell which is super helpful.

I have used a few different abs apps but this one was far more personalised than the others. It gives me the exact workouts for my abs. One thing to get better tho is the calorie tracking could be more accurate but otherwise a great app.
