Fix the bugs, within 1 month 3-4 times users are having login issues who has mortgage acc. It shouldn’t take 3-4 to fix those bugs!

Freeze Card
I wish we had the option to freeze our cards if they are lost or misplaced.
App is great
For Devs:Depoait should be green, Transfer should be black, payment should be red for easier visualization.
Hate the mobile app check deposit
The mobile app has a great feature of depositing checks from anywhere. We used to be able to line up the camera and take the pictures ourselves. Now you don’t have control of the camera and you have to hold incredibly still for the camera to automatically take a picture. If anyone has the slightest twitch or hand shake they are unable to use this program. The camera is super sensitive and takes too long to count down and take the picture. Users should be able to have control over the camera

Mobile App
I like the ability to access account information but it would be great to be able to view checks on the app itself.
Deposit function needs work
Many things to like about this app but the check deposit function is flawed. The regularity with which I get a message that the back of the check is a different size than the front makes it very frustrating to use. I have had to retake the back 10 or more times. There is something about how it captures the back of the check that needs fixing

Love this mobile app
I use this and DCU, I love that I can log into this one using my fingerprint... Depositing checks is super easy
A little tricky to use
I found it difficult to get the check to fit the frame without being too far away. I had to retake several times and am still not confident it worked. I guess I'll know when I see the deposit or hear otherwise.

mobile check deposit crashes the app every time
This is a great app for keepign track of my account balances, but every time I try to use the mobile check deposit, as soon as I snap the first picture the app crashes. This needs to be fixed.
Need to fix & update
This app usually works very well but with the new iOS 7 update you cannot transfer money. If this can be fixed it would be a 5 star app.
Scu app
Very helpful! I grew up with Shrews. Credit union and refused to leave when I moved away. It's nice to have this app with me wherever I go. My only suggestion would be the online check cashing. Otherwise I love it!
