Forget about TIME
My younger brother is travelling & the bus departure time was 9:40 pm. The bus arrived at 10:30 & hasn’t left the city yet.
Approx 3 hours late. They do not even have courtesy to inform on the reason of delay. I did not pay money for this timing issue. I will definitely file a case against this bus company for scamming passengers about false promises regarding bus timings.

My experience was good at all.
Comfortable journey
I have traveled several times from shrinath solitaire but this time I felt that they have improved their services so much. Driver and other staff was polite and helpful. Clean linen and mineral water was provided also Bus was on time too. Overall It was very comfortable journey .
