Does not work
Can not log in. Says my credentials are wrong but they are correct. I am able to access desktop account with no issue.

Can’t log on
I just passed my exam and would like to use this app but I can’t even log on. I try hitting the forgot my password and that won’t even work.
I can’t add any credits in 2022
I was tracking my training credits since 2021, but suddenly starting from 2022, every time I try to record a credit, it says they couldn’t find the program ID.
Almost Perfect
The app is great for keeping track of the training completed to maintain the Certification. The only thing that requires work is the training/education search. Most of my education trainings I had to input it manually because they were not pulling up in the search.
Log in not working
I access the SHRM website every day and the app is not allowing me to move forward since there is “an issue with my credentials”. I believe SHRM needs to update this app.
Don’t bother
App does not work. Cannot sign in just like everyone else said. Support never contacted me. What a joke.
This app has proven to be an inaccessible pain in the backside!
No matter which method I used over the last few months, I was unable to get into it. As I prepared to delete due to it’s unreliability, I decided the try again with the Touch ID login and shockingly this garbage actually worked.
I am still deleting it because it has proven to be nothing more than a point of frustration to deal with since it primarily DOES. NOT. WORK. Now after all this time has passed, someone decided to address whatever issue(s) exist and make it operational again. This app cannot be relies on to track your recertification information. It’s sheer unreliability caused me to return my old paper based system backed up with the use of an electronic folder to capture all of my recertification activity. I simply cannot trust this sad SHRM app again!

I continue to get an error message when trying to add my activities. In addition, my PDC’ online is different to what is on the app!

Doesn’t always work
Doesn’t always work I have yet had a successful entry to add a credit.
Please fix login issues
How is this not fixed given all the same complaints? Also, “app support” yields a 404 NOT FOUND....so I had to resort to this way of reaching out...

Unable to Log-In
Received error message stating log-in incorrect. Verified on main SHRMWebsite and my credentials are correct.
No value
I would give zero if I can. I was able to add my PDCs, but no where to find a summary. The app doesn't even know my name, when it should have picked up my profile since I logged in using my credentials.
Won't add all of the credits!
I have several verification credits already entered. I keep trying to add more. The seminar shows up but every time I try to add it to my cert, it tells me something is wrong and to try again. I have tried a bazillion times! Who has time for that? Fix the darn app!!
Useful Concept but Seriously Flawed Execution
One star to SHRM on a brilliant idea for a potentially useful tool. Zero stars for an app someone cannot actually log into. Very disappointing. Is anyone at SHRM listening? Then, let your members know when the app is ready to work, so we can add it again and use it.
