Maps don’t load. Sessions with no location.
I have had a very frustrating experience with this app for the 2024 national conference. Cannot rely on using notes feature because the app constantly refreshes and anything saved to the notes is lost. When it refreshes, it takes you out of the notes. If you’re looking at your schedule, refresh takes you out of your schedule. This happened on its own, without my manually refreshing. I can see the location of a session in the daily schedule, but the location disappears for some sessions when I add it to my own schedule. Also, map doesn’t load for me at all. I’m not sure if this error is specific to certain devices because I have an iPhone 13 and someone on a different iPhone was able to see the map just fine. Lastly, none of my sessions have provided the ability to view the live stream even though they were being recorded. This is frustrating for sessions that became full that I couldn’t attend via the stream, even though it was streaming.

Sessions
Just downloaded the app as I’m attending the Inclusion conference. App is fantastic for this except some of the sessions go into the calendar for 25 hours instead of the actual length. Could you please fix before the conference?

The app isn’t downloading. Other apps are downloading with no problems.
Missing hundreds of exhibitors
SHRM 2023 is missing about 250 exhibitors. Doesn’t make me feel confident to rely on this website/ app for the sessions.
SHRM23 Annual Conference is NOT on the App
I downloaded the app but the conference is not showing as a featured or upcoming event.
