Not happy
I’ve attended every SHRM conference and I’ve never experienced what I felt this year. not only was there not enough parking. It was ridiculous. I don’t think they planned for such a big outcome. I drove around looking for parking and spent about half a gas tank. It was crazy. Don’t think I’ll be attending next year if it’ll be held at the convention center.

Wont log in to phone but allows the I pad
Keeps throwing an error when logging into the phone. Rebooted deleted and re entered. Still get a system error. I reached out to support over a week ago no response. Conference starts tomorrow
Access Disruptions
Helpful app and a great way for conference participants to keep track of events and navigate a large convention center. Unfortunately, it does not remain logged into the system. This was the recommended in primary tool for managing conference schedules and receiving communication of key events; however, the app logged me out regularly despite using it every hour on the hour. Perhaps this is indicative of capacity issues on the server; however, with such a big event, it seems like that would be planned for in advance. I hope this is something that can be mitigated before next year’s annual conference.

Terrible
Functionality was terrible. So many issues, logs you out in the middle of use.
Have to keep logging in
This is a very disappointing app. It logs me out and I have to log in….about 20 times per day. I wish I could print what sessions are available to plan my day. I would pay for a paper directory. This isn’t doing it.
Not impressed
App logs you out when you are actively using it. Does not allow you to stay logged in. Map is not helpful.

Constantly logs out,hard to navigate
App constantly showing the “Ad” whenever opening the app is a waste and annoying. However, not as annoying as having to constantly log in over and over. I actually had the app log me out “for inactivity” while I was watching a virtual session.
Its easier to navigate the conference WITHOUT the app and just use the website.
Basic info outside of session info is hard to find or absent altogether.
The navigation (actual physical navigation to rooms and locations) feature is basically useless inside the app as well. The location tracking does not function and trying to select your starting point from a huge list of confusingly-named places is just not feasible.
The schedule also does not work properly using the date at the top. Click the date, but you still have to manually scroll the list to the proper date and time anyway.

Horrible App
It is absolutely diabolical in 2025 to have to login to an app a thousand times in a single day, AFTER selecting the “keep me logged in” option. Who built this app? They need to attend the conference and use the app as an attendee first before making this an option for next year’s conference.

The app has issues. The most annoying is the chronic need to have to log back in.
Constant log out is the worst
Mapping feature is so good; filters for picking sessions is useful; the experience is almost ruined by logging in constantly!
Issues with this version
Auto logout is very short and we spend time constantly logging back in. Even if you check the box that says to stay logged in, it doesn’t matter.
The SHRM 25 pop up ad that just sits there and every single time you have to click skip ad to get away from it. Why?? We already know it’s SHRM 25.
Yesterday, none of the presentation slides were showing up.
The session surveys have never showed up but we get asked in every session to fill them out.

Sign out issues
App constantly signs you out despite checking the “keep me signed in” box. Super frustrating when trying to navigate the conference.
Clunky. Not user friendly!
The app logs you out every time you close it. Why? It’s for a conference, you constantly need to check it. Logging in each time is frustrating. The app takes you back to the first day of the conference each time the screen refreshes. The app is all around not user friendly.
Ok… BUT
The application is fine for the conference but it keeps logging me out even if I check the box keep me logged in. It is such a hassle to log in 50 times a day!! Don’t give me the box if it doesn’t work!!!
Logged out
The app was helpful to navigate the conference. I’ve noticed that even when I select the option to stay logged in, I still get logged out frequently. It’s a bit frustrating to have to sign in again each time I open the app, especially when I’m expecting a smoother experience. I understand these things can happen, but I’d really appreciate if this could be looked into.

Too many issues
The app frequently logs me out, despite marking the box to keep my logged in. The pop up comes up way too often, advertising the conference that I’m already attending. I have not found this app helpful at all.
Always Logs Me Out
I am regularly logged out of the application. Though I click the “keep me logged in” button, it does not keep me logged in. Furthermore, it will not save my credentials, so I must key in my email address and password every time I have to login. Very frustrating. Additionally, There is a “add notes” field as part of each individual session page. I took notes for an entire session and clicked the button to email me the notes. I got an error saying the email application is not set up. Frustrating.
