The app questions did help me
Prepare for the SHRM CP but the context of the test is going to be different. It’s a great way to refresh your memory on theories and strategies but if you’re expecting a “word for word” question bank, it’s not going to like that. Rather focus on the way the questions are structured, the options given, how the options are influenced by the question, and the different ways theories are applied. Lastly, its biggest effect for me was giving me that “death the entire question twice!” Before answering mentality which I believe helped me pass today! Overall, it’s a good tool to have for when you have moments in the day to review and even maybe before sleep!

Planning to take the exam on feb 2025 and downloaded the apps paid for it and unfortunately some information not correct as per SHRM or not updated
Some answers are wrong
Can’t send feedback using the internal feedback method. Some of the responses are, “It’s 5 because 4 is too low and 6 is too high.” Not very useful. It’s helpful and I like that I can take as many quizzes as I’d like but it’s a bit clunky and some questions are worded oddly
Terrible app
This app is extremely glitchy. Some of the questions are bizarre and don’t even align with the HR function or what one would learn via the SHRM Learning System. You can’t even report the questions to anyone because the app crashes when you make the attempt to do so. Save your money and buy something else. Bad bad bad.

SHRM CP
Tons of grammar issues and spelling errors. This SHOULD NOT be used if you are preparing for the exam. If you are learning in your free time then it could be fun, but should not be used if you are hoping to learn and do well on the exam.

Good at first but hefty price for what you get.
Definitely a good learning tool at first but for the price you pay it’s not worth it. It likes to repeat the same questions over and over for the 10 minute quick quizzes. I don’t think they have a big enough question bank to pull from. I honestly did not use it as much as I wanted to because of the lack of new questions.

Not learning
I have taken the test Four times and in the same bank of questions. How do I advance? I paid the monthly premium service. Also every time I log in, my exam date changes. I have answered 99% of the questions correctly. No change seen.
App Issues
The apply had multiple words spelled incorrectly. I also received more than a few questions that were related to med school. Questions regarding a official diagnosis. I only used an app for a few hours but it’s enough for me to cancel my subscription

The developer replied to a previous reviewer suggesting that the users report spelling and content errors. However the errors are so common I would likely need to report entire exams. Furthermore, there isn’t an easy way to report spelling errors in the app. Instead, you have to contact them through their website.
I think this app has a lot of great potential, but the content team needs to take a serious look at the questions.

Riddled with Typos; Incorrect Algorithms
I was very excited to try this app. Despite the first question I received having a typo, I decided to purchase for the monthly access.
I cannot say enough how unprofessional these questions are. At times the correct answer is left at the end of a question, as if it were never edited. At times the correct answer is asterisked within the 4 options. There are also a handful of times the answer chosen as the correct answer doesn’t correlate with the explanation given. I am really frustrated and can’t believe I paid money for this. Choose another app.

App is not working
The app stopped working 2 days ago and I’m less than one week away from my exam. How can I fix this quickly?
Not Great
The questions are very SHRM-lite. Could be helpful for someone who's literally just stepped into HR to familiarize themselves with a few topics, but this app is not designed to include the levels of complexity and depth one would need to navigate in prepping for the SHRM-CP and certainly the SCP. Questions are also littered with grammatical, punctual, and syntax errors. Look for something else if you're genuinely trying to prep for certification.

Not even close to SHRM
Don’t use this for SHRM certification studying. I got it as a supplement to my studying on SHRM’s official curriculum. The questions on here are nothing like the practice questions from SHRM and in some cases the “right” answers they give are opposite of what SHRM would say. Also, SO many grammar and spelling errors. Not happy I spent this much on this app.

Not Recommended
I signed up for a 7-day free trial and took 3 sample tests. Although I have not seen any actual test questions for the SHRM-SCP, I am confident that the sample questions presented in this app do not reflect SHRM-standard questions. My 9 yo child was able to answer most of the 20 “test” questions. I will cancel as this is not a good use of my precious exam prep time.

Not sure it’s written by HR pros
Lots of typos and answers that don’t align with what should happen in the real HR world. Will take the official test soon - we will see if this helps

Awful.
These questions do not come close to the complexity of the SHRM CP & SCP tests. Furthermore, the typos make using the app unbearable. You will find a typo in almost every, single question. Don’t waste your time or money on this junk app.
