Screen is frozen

I have repeatedly tried but it’s the same end result … it’s frozen at a data box immediately. You cannot delete it or click on it, it covers the whole screen.

Doesn’t work

Can’t get beyond the first page (‘Let’s walk you through the updated features and navigation’) to see data and water quality. Used to work fine Please fix!

Not Helpful Yet

This could be a lot more user friendly. At the moment it’s just a load of data vomited into an app with very little thought as to the audience. Loads of caveats everywhere but very little to help the user interpret what they are seeing. The only feature of use atm is the red line showing the drinking water standard for ammonia - but this is negated by the text saying that readings above that line are ‘above drinking water standard’ with is either incorrect or ambiguous, depending how you read it. There is nothing to help us understand whether turbidity and ecoli levels are acceptable or not and the combined graph (on the browser link) is so complex as to be unreadable. This is badly done EA. I suggest you stop trying to publicise how helpful this is to river users and actually sit down with some Shrewsbury River Swimmers to completely redesign this. Otherwise, what was the point of all that excellent data collection?

Needs fixing

Perhaps it’s because the app is all over the news today but can’t get past the health and safety warning page.
