SHTF: Survival Prep

The SHTF App turns emergency preparedness into a clear, personal plan. Instead of generic checklists, it learns your location, household, and risks, then shows you exactly what to do next. HOW IT WORKS Take a short Survival Readiness Survey covering your area, household, skills, and supplies. The app builds Personalized Survival Readiness Recommendations: prioritized action items marked Immediate, Short, Medium, and Long term, each with the supplies you need. Track your progress as you check them off. KEY FEATURES - Personalized recommendations based on your geographic risk and family needs, not a one-size-fits-all list. - A risk dashboard with local tiles for weather, earthquake risk, water supply, and FEMA alerts. - Smart inventory: scan a product with your camera to capture the item and its expiration date, then get reminders before supplies run out. - A document and video library of guides you can read or watch, including offline. - Community groups to connect with other preppers and share what works. - Offline first, so your plans and saved documents are there even when the network is not. - Privacy controls, so you decide what data is shared. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who wants to be ready, from first-time preppers to seasoned ones. It covers natural disasters like earthquakes, wildfires, and hurricanes, plus personal situations like job loss, housing loss, and health crises. PRICING The core preparedness features are free, with no subscription. An optional tipping feature lets you support creators who share helpful documents and videos. IMPORTANT The SHTF App helps you prepare ahead of time. It is not an emergency response service and does not replace 911 or official emergency alerts. Recommendations are general preparedness guidance, not medical, legal, or financial advice. The SHTF App is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FEMA, the Red Cross, or any government agency. Stay ahead of the storm.
