Shufti NFC Reader

Shufti NFC Reader is a companion app designed exclusively for NFC-based identity document verification as part of the Shufti Pro identity proofing journey. How it works When prompted during your identity verification journey, scan the QR code displayed in your verification journey to launch this app. Shufti NFC Reader will then securely read and verify the chip embedded in your identity document — such as an NFC-enabled passport or national ID card — using your phone's built-in NFC reader. What it does Reads the NFC chip on your identity document securely Verifies the cryptographic data stored on the chip Confirms the authenticity and integrity of your document Returns the verified result back to your verification journey automatically Important This app cannot be used standalone. It is only activated via a QR code as part of an ongoing identity verification session initiated on another device or platform. Security and Privacy Shufti NFC Reader meets the highest standards of identity proofing in compliance with ETSI TS 119 461.
