What's New in Shugyo
1.1
October 24, 2026
Version 1.1 is our biggest update since launch. NEW • Seven more languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean. Pick one in Settings, no restart needed. • Progress photos. Add a photo with any weigh-in, then scroll your Progress Photo Timeline. Turn a photo into a shareable image with your date, weight and percent change. • Weight chart upgrades: name your scales (home, gym, doctor's office) so each gets its own line, and see your GLP-1 doses right on the chart. • Your last weight and your personal record now show when you start an exercise and when you add weight mid-set. • Sauna and cold plunge timers, plus an option to keep the screen on during timers and workouts. • Stacks: log a group of supplements and nutrition in one tap. • Track supplements by amount, edit dosages, and see dose history for each item. Log a previous dose with the dosage you actually took. • Fiber and net carbs in your macros. • Export My Data from Settings > About. • Share Shugyo with a friend from Settings or after a workout. • A clearer explanation of how Apple Health syncs with your other health apps. • Now supports iOS 18. IMPROVED • Timers keep accurate time in the background and alert you when they finish. Rest timers have a vibration option. • A workout in progress survives being sent to the background, so you can pick up where you left off. • Come Back lets you postpone an exercise as many times as you need. • Better large-text and VoiceOver support. • One unreadable entry can no longer empty a whole history. FIXED • Macro goals: the automatic protein and carb targets in Build mode used the wrong unit and came out far too high. They are now correct, so your targets may drop noticeably. • Weight history, personal records and progress now show your chosen unit. • Stack doses no longer overwrite each other. Questions or ideas?
