About
Download free and start a 7-day free trial of every feature.
Run a daily, stop-by-stop shuttle roster with weekday defaults, absence handling, and a departure check before every stop.
After the trial, an auto-renewing subscription is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year; cancel anytime in Settings.
Shuttle Roster helps schools, camps, and activity programs track who is expected on a shuttle, who boarded, and who did not, stop by stop. It records ride manifests; it does not make transportation, custody, or safety decisions, and is not a substitute for your program's own policies.
Set up routes with direction, running weekdays, and start time, then add stops in order with pickup notes and scheduled times. Riders carry a display name, group, optional guardian contact, and a note; there is no photo field anywhere in the app, by design.
Assignments connect a rider to a route with pickup and drop-off stops, an effective date range, weekdays, and temporary changes. Opening a run pulls expected riders from those rules and snapshots the list onto the run, so later edits never rewrite a run in progress.
Each stop entry moves from expected to boarded to dropped off, or to excused, absent, or no-show. A boarded rider is never silently reclassified as absent; a correction is logged with a reason, keeping the expected count intact. At departure the app shows who is still expected but unprocessed as Missing, and asks you to resolve each one rather than assuming a status.
An early departure is allowed with a stated reason, logged as an override, but Missing riders are never auto-marked no-show; they stay visible in the run summary. Outbound and return trips are separate runs, so a return roster is never rewritten from outbound results. A completed run is fixed; a correction is a dated event naming the field, old and new value, and reason.
The exported PDF is a Daily Shuttle Manifest: route and stop details, expected, boarded, drop-off, and absence status, plus an operator confirmation line, then a log of absences, overrides, and corrections. It carries display names and only the ride information needed; guardian contacts are left out of the PDF by default, and there are no photos, face outlines, or location tracks anywhere in the app or export.
Shuttle Roster makes no transportation, custody, or safety determinations, and offers no legal advice about supervision requirements. It never messages guardians automatically, and does not connect to GPS tracking, telematics, or any external dispatch system.
No account is required beyond your subscription. Routes, riders, assignments, and runs stay on the device; there is no cloud sync or ad SDK, and no sharing beyond the PDF you export.
The 7-day free trial covers every feature: route setup, rosters, live runs, and PDF export. After the trial, the selected plan is charged to the Apple Account shown at purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel it. To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases to restore an active entitlement.
Shuttle Roster turns a stop-by-stop headcount into a clear, on-device manifest, so your program always knows who is expected, who boarded, and who still needs a follow-up call.
