Expect a phone call a few hours after placing your order, telling you that some of the items are unavailable. After experiencing this three times in a row, I’ve stopped shopping with Shwapno. Disappointing and frustrating service.
Deliver issue
I have to call all the time for delivery otherwise I don’t get.
Stock and inventory not updated
Items are often out of stock but while ordering the items seems to be available.

App is really good but…
Their app is very robust, fast and responsive, but they show something available before ordering and after ordering they call to update the order manually according to their stock availability! So most of the time the whole order become a manual order management over the phone which is totally absurd way to do ecommerce grocery business.

Need to update the map/map pointer. Can’t detect address for pinned location for most cases in Bashundhara Residential Area.
