Don’t waste your $$$
This app is very wonky! I think it may only work on a computer and not an iPad but nowhere is that stated! I’ve had at least one Mah Jong 2x but cannot figure out how to expose those tiles. Have looked & looked for instructions but there aren’t any I can find. I want my $$$ back😡
Pay money, money, money!
Wait a minute…You pay for the app. Then they want you to pay for membership. Then after 2 games you run out of coins and they want you to pay to get more so you can continue to play. And then you pay a 4th time for dragon chips (whatever they do). And there are no instructions on any of this. I love playing Siamese mah jongg, but not enough to keep paying through the nose to play on this app. Thanks, but no thanks!

It would be helpful if you could print more info like how do you call an available tile. Also game put tiles I called on wrong line!

This app needs work. A few things… 1. while I was assessing and organizing my TWO hands, the game started and gave away one of my important tiles. I ply in Fast mode in the REAL MAH JONGG app, so I’m not a slow player. Giving players a minute to decide hands isn’t unreasonable. 2. App rules would be nice, such as “what to be aware of during play”. Can we see our accumulated point score somewhere?. Until they improve play, I’m giving 2 stars. I’d also suggest a robot mode, giving new players a chance to build skills in Siamese without feeling the pressure of a live player.

Does not work
There are no instructions, this is supposed to be available for play with. the 2023 card which unlike American. Mahjong, is already out. There is no option for 2023 card. I asked for a refund.

I signed up and nothing happens… a “board appears” and no other option s….. refund please!
Having trouble registering
With the maker of this app help me register. It keeps rejecting my user ID and password even when I meet all the requirements.
Love this game!
I absolutely love this game. The app has wonderful graphics . I have recommended this app to all of my friends that play mah Jongg and they love it as well. The only suggestion i have is when you log in and start the game you should add “waiting for players on the spinning table” no one knows what is happening and why the game wont start..They don’t realize the game will start as soon as another player joins the game. Thanks for such a fun game experience!

Poorly Done
Also wish I had read the reviews before buying. There are absolutely no instructions on how to play this game. I don’t know how to pick up a discarded tile. There is no option for a forgotten password, you literally have to set up an entirely new account. Very disappointed.Also, the tiles are tiny and hard to read. It’s just not well done at all.

Siamese Mah jongg
It’s as if the developers never played Siamese Mah jongg. It’s not the slightest intuitive and there are no directions. Very disappointing. I’m hoping they revamp it and come up with a workable game because I love Siamese Mah jongg.

Can’t get game to close out
App refuses to close a game or start a new game. Plus what’s with declaring mahjong. The app does it for you...what’s that all about
Can’t register
I paid my $4.99 and I go to create an account and login and it refuses to let me. I tried five different times. I used characters,numerals and letters for a password and it tells me that I have to use characters,numbers and letters for a password which I did. When I finally made up the password that they were satisfied with they stated that my user ID was not found. Obviously that’s because it won’t let me create an account. Back n forth and around and around. This is annoying. I want my money back. Nothing but aggravation.

Trouble purchasing coins or membership
Only played twice because I ran out of coins. Slava, I watched your livestream using this app but the app would not let me buy coins or a month membership. All in all, I think you did a great job with this app. Please advise.

I really enjoy playing. It works great but you have to move tiles one at a time. Let first tile settle in to place before moving the next tile. It does take some time to get a game because we need more people to sign up. Tell your friends

What error are you getting when trying to sign up? A common error is that your email is already in use. If you get this error then you have registered on the website before. The website: mahjongtime.com
