Please ditch this and move to industry standard like authy
The is a ridiculous 2FA process and if you are unable to test and maintain this as a product move this to a more open standard like authy or google authenticator
Its a piece of crap.
This app will just make more complication and gives some OTP which will eventually block the account . Recommend not to use it since there is no updates since long time
Fix the issues
Cannot open the app after the latest update. All my transactions are pending. Please fix the issues as early as possible.
