We appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry that your experience with the Metametrics feature didn’t meet your expectations. Our goal has always been to provide meaningful, high-quality tools, and we strive to make as much of SIBYL accessible as possible. To clarify, while the core features—including AI-to-AI, Storyteller, and image generation—are entirely free during the trial, Metametrics requires tokens due to the computational resources involved. However, we do send a partial Metametrics report via email upon enrollment, even without token usage. If you’ve followed our work, you know we’ve made SIBYL freely available in our Discord community, and we continue to provide significant access without charge. Unfortunately, unlimited free usage in the app isn’t sustainable, as it would be easily exploited. We understand your frustration and never intended to mislead anyone. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll take it into account to improve clarity around the free trial. If you’re open to discussing this further, we’d love to find a way to improve your experience.
