2hrs for sushi!
I had to wait over 2hrs for sushi to be delivered! I called multiple times to see what the hold up was. I was hung up on once, called a fourth time and was told he was on the way. All while I was tracking the delivery guy and he was stopping and pickup orders from other restaurants and delivering those but neglecting mine! After calling again to check on my sushi the operator put me on hold for about 5 minutes. During that time I finally saw the driver heading my way. I will NOT order from this service again. My sushi was warm and rubbery. Had to throw it away. Worst $100 (included $17.00 tip) that I have ever spent!

Best Waco delivery service
By far the best delivery in Waco!! They pick up from everywhere and deliver all the way out to Lorena! You can even call them and place orders! Not like the other delivery apps where you never talk to a real person!
Never on Time
I know an app like this is for convenience, but they are consistently taking a half hour or a full hour longer than their posted times to make deliveries. That’s bad enough, but then sometimes you don’t get the right order. There are other food delivery apps that are quicker and more consistent.
Slow service
Took 3 hours to get food. No communication.
Not optimized
The app interface is almost unusable, it’s horribly complicated and buggy. The service is very expensive too and the wait times are almost always over an hour to an hour and a half. If Favor or Uber eats were to come to Waco I hope it’d kill this app because it needs to die.
