Do not sign up for the Deliver Club
I started an order, and an ad for Deliver Club came up, offer a free trial and then free delivery on all orders for $5.99 per month. That sounded like a good deal, so I clicked the link. Unfortunately, the delivery fee was less, but not zero on my order. Therefore, I canceled Deliver Club. That was 15 minutes ago, and it’s still trying to cancel. This is my second attempt at canceling the Club. I’ve already closed the app completely and tried to cancel Delivery
Club before with the same results. I’m going to have to call. Reviews on Reddit are complaining of getting charged AFTER canceling. Not inspiring confidence, to say the least. I’m thinking close to scam. BBB is always an option and NC has a good AG if I have to write him,

One word… Amazing!
I used to use DoorDash. I was new to the area and didn’t know what was here. I saw something for Sidecar and saw that it was a local business and never looked back. The care and attention that is put into everything is great. Sidecar also supports local businesses so I am all in. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this service! I was a regular door dash customer but had constant issues and nothing was ever correct. I’ve ordered from side car 3x so far and everything has been correct! This business is ran very well. Happy to have this option in Morganton!

Great App
App functions as expected. I frequently receive discount codes via the app, which is the only way to receive these discounts. Delivery service is fantastic, drivers check orders before leaving the restaurants so you are never missing an order.
Very Unprofessional
Made a Public Facebook post on their official Facebook page making fun of my granddaughter who suffers from a food sensory issue along with type 2 diabetes. No company should make fun of their customers. Very unprofessional and I, along with many others, will never be ordering from them again.
Great Customer Service
I am always looking for a bargain, even with my food. I pulled up sidecar delivery, grub hub and door dash and ordered the exact same thing on each service and sidecar was by far a VERY significant amount cheaper. My driver was super nice and let me know exactly what was going on with my order, where they were and when they would arrive. They also arrived faster then the amount quoted. I love to support local businesses and I will continue to use sidecar delivery. Every driver I have had deliver my food has been absolutely great!

This app is great, and there are full menus for every restaurant! I hate ordering from Postmates because the menus are never right.

Excellent and Easy to Use
