Waited days to be rejected for nothing
Sent in an application filled everything out, i have years of experience every single certification required and spoke english since birth and got told “Unfortunately, if your application was rejected, this means that you did not have the required experience, English proficiency, or required skills” and then told i’m not allowed to apply ever again and then all contact was closed off from me.

People are working for weeks and they stop giving the shifts saying its hand of the client to choose the staff but client said it’s Sidekicker who does the recruitment.. it’s been 2 weeks without a shift and there isn’t a number you can call and complain. It’s worst service provider in my experience.

Extremely disappointing. The app gives false expectations, shows little respect for motivated users, and lacks professionalism. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Can’t login to the workers app
Can’t login, was working until 27 Oct 2025 midday and then auto logs out with no way to login

Can’t drill into past jobs
Why can’t we drill into past jobs and see the details further and what rating the company gave us. Not good
Nothing works
The password doesn’t work in the app but works on the website. When I try to reset it clicking the link sent to my email, it goes to a page that says my application for a job category was submitted. I’ve been waitlisted and don’t have the option of seeing offers in other areas other than admin where I was waitlisted. Absolute waste of time

Not valid for most WHV holders
You need a studies certificate to validate your profile and be able to apply to jobs.
But they only offer jobs in areas like hospitality, logistics (fruit picking/packing, etc), events... I’ve got plenty of experience in those but without studies you can’t work.
They have such little amount of jobs available too, and none in my city.
Such a waste of time.

Not filtering jobs
Just updated the app and had to reset everything. Filtered the jobs but it will NOT filter the jobs. I have mechanics and other roles show that I as a hospitality worker never want to see. Fix it.

An absolute nuisance
It’s a nuisance trying to get into the app let alone use it!

Can’t log in
Just recently downloaded this app, and I can’t log in. I tried resetting the password and still couldn’t log in with the same password that I use on my laptop

Log-in bug
Most times I try open the app I’m stuck on the login page not able to get in even with my correct login details. The only times I actually get into the app are when it somehow bypasses that and logs me in automatically
