In order to scroll again, complete the mission. SideMission turns the urge to scroll into one real thing you can do: get outside, move, reconnect or recharge. NEW: MISSION LOCK On a supported iPhone, allow Screen Time and choose the apps or categories you want to block with Apple’s private picker. After setup, Mission Lock is on by default. Accept a mission and your selected apps stay blocked in full until you complete the mission and save its required proof in SideMission. Starting the mission, opening the proof screen or waiting out the timer does not unlock your apps. If a mission expires or you abandon it, complete a replacement mission to unlock. Need access sooner? Turn Mission Lock off in SideMission Settings. This is a voluntary commitment you control. Proof can be a photo, a location check-in or a journal note, as requested by the mission. If camera or location access is unavailable, a journal note can stand in. Proof records what you did; it is not independent verification of the activity. Nothing is blocked before you authorize Screen Time and select apps. Mission Lock blocks the selected apps, not just scrolling or particular feeds inside them. Your selection stays on your iPhone; SideMission does not read your feeds or messages. HOW TO USE SIDEMISSION 1. Enter your daily Screen Time average. It stays on your device. 2. Tell Sid what you want back. 3. Choose your mood, time, budget, distance, group size, and comfort-zone level. 4. Get one matched mission card, accept it, or use one of three rerolls. 5. Optionally use Nearby Intel for an Apple Maps place and directions. 6. Capture photo, GPS, or journal proof. 7. Grow a private journal of real-life time reclaimed.
