About

Game 1 went fine. Now your opponent shuffles up, you reach for your sideboard, and your brain says: "Wait... what did I bring in against this deck again?" SideSurf remembers so you don't have to. It is a deck and sideboard-guide tracker for Magic: The Gathering players, for people who would rather think about the game than about a crumpled piece of paper. YOUR DECKS • Import from an Archidekt link, or paste a list from Moxfield, MTGGoldfish or plain text • Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Vintage, Pauper, Historic, Timeless, Alchemy and Freeform • Banned or not-legal cards get a warning, before a judge gives you one • Choose a key card and your deck gets its own artwork. Yes, vanity matters. SIDEBOARD PLANS • One matchup per opposing archetype, with notes ("they always side in the graveyard hate") • What comes in and what goes out, for all games, on the play or on the draw • A quick view you can open mid-match without looking like you are checking your phone for messages DECK VERSIONS • Updating your list adds a new version and never erases the old one • Keep your matchup plans (marked for review) or start fresh • See exactly what changed, name your versions, and go back to an older one when the new list turns out to be a mistake. We have all been there. MATCH HISTORY AND STATS • Log each match: games, swapped cards, notes • Win rates by matchup, version, and play or draw, so you can find out whether it is the deck or just you PRINT, SHARE, BACK UP • Print a plain-text sideboard guide to keep next to you • Fill in the tournament deck registration sheet with your list and print it with AirPrint, so nobody has to write "Lightning Bolt" four times by hand • Export a deck to a file, or back up everything and restore it later PRIVATE, FREE, QUIET • No account, no ads, no tracking: your decks stay on your device • Works offline once your cards have been loaded • Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and iPad are supported Built by a Magic player who got tired of sideboarding from memory. Feedback is welcome in the Profile tab. SideSurf is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. 1.1

October 20, 2026

NEW: Analytics A new Analytics tab on every deck shows how your deck and your sideboard plans are really doing. • Simple view: win rate, recent form and trend, the opponents you meet most, and the sideboard cards you bring in most. • Full view: win rates on the play and on the draw, how each matchup goes, a trend chart and version-by-version comparisons. • Compare setups, deck versions, time periods or individual cards within a matchup. • See which sideboard cards you bring in together, and how those games went. • Every number shows how many games it is based on, with a clear note when there isn't enough data yet. • Export all your games as a CSV file. • Choose Simple or Full in Profile → Display & visibility. Better match logging • Log each game: who started, the result, mulligans and the sideboard you used. • Mark matches as Practice, League or Tournament, and filter your stats by type. Named sideboard setups • Each matchup can have several named setups, like “Main plan” or “Grindy plan”, each with its own notes. • When you create a new setup, choose whether to copy the current plan, the notes, or both. Also new • Premodern format support. • Stability and accuracy improvements.
