Handover confirmation with signature When completing a task you can now collect the signature of the branch representative receiving the service, along with their name and a photo of their ID. Signing is done with your finger on a full, comfortable screen. When a signature is collected, the ticket is approved automatically. The signature is stored and visible in the ticket details. Evidence now required A task can no longer be marked as done without attaching a photo or video of the work performed. Ticket recipient Each ticket now shows who it is directed to, distinguishing an internal department from an external supplier. Unassigned tickets are clearly marked. Language Switch between Spanish and English right from the login screen. Your choice is remembered. The app is now fully translated: statuses, priorities, ticket types and system messages that previously always appeared in Spanish. Your profile Now shows your photo, your organization and your real details. Fixes • "Remember Me" now keeps your email between sessions • Sign-in is noticeably faster • Notifications no longer appear duplicated • The new ticket form now states exactly which field is missing • Completed tickets no longer offer actions that don't apply • Security improvements in server communication
