Doesn’t work, no support
The app stopped working about 2 months after purchasing the $500+ Sielux SL2 laser engraver, rendering it completely useless. Customer support is nonexistent; emails, chats, calls etc are unanswered. Many people are having this problem. HUGE waste of money.
Unreliable
When app works, this laser is great. Unfortunately, the app often does not connect making this laser useless. I would not recommend
Largely unusable
Sadly because of the way this app behaves on the canvas where anytime you move the cursor it takes you off the engraving canvas and it’s nearly impossible to possible to get back to it, the app proves unusable
