One of the worst apps ever
Both the process and the app are incredibly bad to use and buy tickets.
Only one of us managed to buy a ticket after several attempts, the other one gave up after trying 15 times.
The whole setup of linking accounts is incredibly complex and makes no sense.
The payment provider just immediately declines most credit cards.
They ask a ton of data even for simple things like the invoice address (why do you need ID or passport number for that)
You can’t use the same invoice address in multiple accounts (what if I want to pay for my partner’s or friend’s ticket?)
Three different login systems are confusing.
The website is slow and does give clear indications whether something is loading or just broken.
All in all extremely poorly made system, by somebody who clearly has no idea.

Notifications especially closures not on app.
I have to go to the website to look at closures. Yesterday when I looked at the web to see wind speed at 3. I noticed no lifts were running and had to go to website to see you had an electrical outage

Imposible loguearse
Horas intentando loguearme y jamás llega el email de confirmación. Algo que debería ser automático, parece ser que aquí es imposible. Igual podrían subir un poquito más el precio de los forfaits para invertir en mejorar este tipo de cosas…en fin
No envia correo de verificación
Dos horas esperando el correo de verificación para poder comprar el pase de forfait y no llega nada ni a spam ni a bandeja de entrada, he revisado el correo letra por letra y esta correcto, me he puesto en contacto por telefono y la mujer me dice que no tiene ni idea. Pesima app

Ofrece la información que necesito, como previsiones, estado nieve etcétera, y sobretodo las webcam. Creo que hace falta un punto de noticias “instantáneas”, donde ver si se ha cerrado una zona por viento o si el parking de Pradollano está lleno y es conveniente subir a Virgen de las Nieves.
Meteo poned foto o icono del clima
Hola pronóstico de los tres días siguientes poned una foto con nubes, sol o nieve como estaba antes, no es nada orientativo como está ahora, muy feo, parece que esta sin acabar la app.
