Much more than a siesta app
Never knew how much I needed this app until I tried it. Since using the ambient sounds, my productivity has improved a lot. It's like I've found my personal bubble of calm. Plus, it's super easy to tailor the sounds to what I'm feeling that day. A big thumbs up from me!
My new best friend to sleep
Honestly, I was skeptical about another 'miracle' app, but Siestapp proved me wrong. I have a lot of anxiety at night so I toss and turn all night. Siestapp nature sounds is helping me a lot to calm down so that I can get to sleep. Not only that, I've tried with my dogs on the couple of storms we had in Sydney this week and it has worked! I've tried other apps, but generally the transitions from when the sound finishes to when it re-starts are quite jumpy, or suddenly adds start. With Siestapp I haven't experienced any of that which I think has been key on why I found it so great!
