“Add Book” *crash*
So pumped I signed up and paid for subscription without even trying it. Been waiting for exactly this app. Got all my ebooks together and converted to pdf in preparation. Finally ready to roll: “add 10 books.” App immediately crashes. “Add 5 books?” Crash. Instantly. “1 book?” Crash. “Please?” Crash. “Can someone help? How do I fix this?” —what I couldn’t ask anywhere because there’s no customer service. Crash. Didn’t even know this was possible but had to go through apple support to get a refund.
The app for speeding through and comprehending all your books was incapable of beginning the upload process of a single book once in 2 weeks and charged 7 bucks for the pleasure — it’s absolutely criminal that this thing get 1 single star by force
