Love it!

Gives me the flexibility to program the limited amount of notes I need to help me in my beginner bass guitar lessons

Response from developer

Thanks so much — glad customizing a limited set of notes is helping with your beginner bass lessons!

Functional; Paywall

This app is user designed and very concise. However, a lot of features are behind a paywall. Such as more than 50 random notes an hour, a particular clef, a particular range, etc. Perfect if you're willing to pay the fee.

Response from developer

Thanks for the honest feedback. Unlocking is a one-time purchase that removes the practice limits and opens the full range of clefs and note settings — glad the core experience still felt concise. Hope it works for you if you decide to unlock.

Nice app small issue

I like this app for beginner sight reading practice with new instrument, worth the price. Though I’ve found a bug already. When using the microphone, A-flat has to be played an octave lower to be detected. Oddly G-sharp doesn’t have that issue.

Response from developer

Thanks for the detailed report — and glad the app is helping with sight reading. We’ll look into the A-flat microphone detection needing an octave lower while G-sharp is fine. If you can share your device and iOS version, that helps a lot.

Simple and brilliant

Just hear the note, and play it. Such a simple and incredibly effective exercise to allow you to play with your head and not just your fingers

disappointed

immediately crashed and the app won’t open once i paid for it, nice👎🏼

Response from developer

Hi Hockey Riley, we’re sorry for the trouble you experienced! Thank you for your crash report. We’ve fixed the bug that caused the crash, and the app should now work as expected. Please update to the latest version and give it another try. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help!
