I paid to have N additional level and now the whole app won’t download

Since some words just didn’t correct, I turned the volume all the way down and just had them say the word, sound, and spell the word.
Not good
I paid to have the commercials removed. But they are still there. The words can't be rearranged they are always in alphabetical order. Barely adequate for teaching sight words.
Pointless!
Duh! Impossible to turn the sound off....how do you ever expect kids to "read" the words on their own if the computer is reading them out loud? Total waste!
Ad removal feature doesn't work
Very disappointed! I bought this as a quick flash card app to use with my elementary student. It was an Impromptu purchase. Also some of the ads not appropriate for kids. So I purchased the no add feature. It works for a minute and then the adds pop back up. This needs work
