Not a typical Hangman
I thought this was a traditional hangman game where they had to spell out the words. This is not that. The game is not bad but it is not what I was looking for and I also believe the name was a tad bit misleading.
Not at all like hangman
The sound doesnโt work no matter what settings I adjust and I just see a list of words. No letters. I donโt get it. How is this hangman? There are no instructions that I can find. Only a complaint from another user about the sound under the help section.
Pretty simple and boring
I down loaded this app for my daughter who is going to 1st grade and she's a newly turned 5 year old. Way too easy and pretty boring.

Thought from the review you could make your own list. Not true! Dissapointing!
Great Spelling App For Kids
This is a wonderful app for my kids. It is entertaining for them and educational which dad enjoys. This is what I call a win win.

Great for kids
I got this for my little cousin and hes been playing it for hrs and stayin surprisingly calm. Its great, keeps kids entertained while they learn something too!
Wish it was just a stick figure.
For whatever reason it bugs me its not a simple stick figure. Looks like a dead baby hanging when there are no arms and legs. It's my own fault I never thought about the Image for a moment. I love the content of this app. But just can't stomach it. I removed it.

Fun way to learn sight words!
This app is great for learning and reviewing sight words. There are different options in the app, which are the hangman game and flashcards. I like that you can choose certain lists to work on and also random lists. I highly recommend this app for a fun way to learn sight words!
my boy loves this app!
My son at times gets addicted, he loves the joy in saving the stick figure by figuring out the word. I have to pull him away from it at times. :)

Simple and Good
Sight words hangman is cute and simple. The game is classic with a simple twist that is easy to follow. Sight words are presented in a multiple choice format. Cute graphics. Easy access to options and user friendly for adults all the way down to my tiny kindergarteners. Another feature that would be appreciated/I expected to see and didn't is how I envision classic hangman: a way to play where the kids could guess the letters of a sight word one by one until they figured it out. This would certainly help with the breakdown and spelling of the words. The flash cards are also great but once again, I could use a spelling option (i.e. have the voice say the word and the child have to enter it in using the keypad).

Great game for sight words
This is a great app for my daughter to learn her sight words. She likes the challenge of the hangman game itself which pushes her to learn more. I like the graphics that are simple, yet entertaining.

As a teacher, I am always looking for new apps to help my students practice their basic skills. With sight word hangman, students are able to practice their sight words. I really like the result feature which allows parents to view their child's progress with each list. This gives parents the tools they need that will help them guide their child's learning.
