Unable to proceed beyond step 1

At the outset, immense gratitude for the thought and development of this one of a kind app. May the Lord shower His grace for the idea to reach its vision (is there a pun!).
Just tried out the test. Was unfortunately unable to proceed beyond step 1. Step 1 had the self-assessment questions which proceeded well. In step 2 there is the “near vision test”. For this the “face needs to be brought inside the box”, within 40cm range. Somehow, it goes only until 55cm or so and the app begins to say “bring your face inside the box”. Tried it innumerable times in different angles without success. Unless this is resolved, one cannot go to the next step or get the test report. I hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest. Wishing the app and the vision every success. By the way, this is my very first review, anywhere, ever! Harih Om
