Disorganized service
I payed for an exciting trip to the alwabah crater. Their itinerary was very vague. No detailed timing events. It says they speak both Arabic and english which was not true. The buses’s bathrooms were horrible. And after all that we couldn’t see the grater cause it was all dark at the night. Very disappointed and waste of money.

The activities are amazing I used the flexi pass in sharqiah I saved around 37%!!! It was a great saving and a great time I really enjoyed it!

every once and a while i go to shargiah but i never knew about the activities there until i downloaded this it actually saved me so much time and money not only was i able to find out the amount of stuff and activities i was capable of doing that i had no idea about but I also genuinely saved so much money i think its a very convenient and helpful app!
