The app is useless, not accurate, and the Milano experience is sub 0! Stay away!
Crashes constantly
This app is not only not helpful but counterproductive. Absolutely trash. Crashes constantly as soon as you pull the live map up.
Crashes when I try to open it
The splash screen shows for a few seconds then it crashes.
Worst App ever
I can’t remember a time that I had so many issues with an app. Kept shutting down. GPS didn’t work. Absolutely terrible
Broken
Don’t waste your time using this - it’s fundamentally broken: it is slow to load, is unresponsive and has menu pop-ups that choose not to appear on screen half of the time and, if you actually do manage to get to the checkout screen, doesn’t actually let you purchase the tickets you painstakingly tried to configure. Ridiculous that the app exists in this state. Use their website via browser instead.
(Although having said that, Apple Pay doesn’t work on their browser either.)
Hopefully this saves someone the wasted time I had to endure.

Charged without warning
The app charged me without warning and it does not even work.
Real time bus position not working
This is the main feature of the app and selecting it just gives a blank white screen. App is totally useless. Theirs a mail icon at top of screen which I was going to use to notify developers but this doesn't work either

Doesn’t work!
Can’t buy tickets as it won’t take me to PayPal or Apple Pay. Just get the whirring circle of boredom. Very slow to load pages and keeps going back a step. Not sure I trust it to take a payment really….

Ridiculous app and bus service. Don’t waste your time or money.
Worthless
The app is worthless and doesn’t even deserve the 1 star minimum. We (attempted to) used it in Palermo and the map is so imprecise you can’t accurately locate a bus stop. The “moving” app stop locations also don’t match the route map, so even less helpful in knowing what general vicinity you should be looking in for the stop.
The guide you to a stop location doesn’t work and the estimated arrival time for a bus appears inaccurate, though it’s hard to say for certain without knowing where the stops are.
We had already purchased the hop on hop off bus tickets before downloading the app and reading the reviews which unfortunately match our experience. I’d recommend not downloading the app as it’s a waste of time. I only hope we can find a stop this afternoon so we can make use of our tickets!

Fails at basic functionality
One would expect the app to at least help you get to the nearest hop-on/hop-off point, or at least tell you when the next bus is. Neither work on this version of the app.

Last update was 3 years ago. Map tracking doesn’t work. Useless developer, useless app.
For Naples (Italy) worst application!
Sometimes you can see where the buses are, most of the times, you won’t. Approximate maps. When you travel, you don’t need an application that complicates your travel. 😡👎🏻

Doesn’t work
The most important feature Of this app is tracking where the buses are located. It doesn’t work. Also the stations where the buses stop are not identified well. We searched for 45 minutes and could not find one. We finally just stumbled on one. Very irritating
Barely Works
You can’t use the guided walking tour feature at all. I tried in both Venice and Rome.

Map with buses is primitive. Slow and can’t refresh itself. Can’t download audio guide too.
