Very Poor Support
We were using this app for compliance tracking for years and it worked great until they suddenly revoked our account. Our company divested a company that was managing it and we created a new account to keep using the service because it worked so well. Despite the fact we are not affiliated with the company anymore they thought it was acceptable to terminate our account when they other one had a dispute with them. I tried multiple times to explain this and they would not help us. We paid $500 and can’t even use the service now and they will not refund us.

Excellent App and company
Been using the system since February after changing from an old paper based sign in system. Initially setup at one site and so impressed it has now been rolled out to all our UK sites, and will now be installed globally. The system as a been essential in our control of staff and visitors during the COVID-19 crisis, we are an essential good manufacturer and work 24/7 making essential household items. The software is stable and they always adding new features such as contactless sign in. The team are always available to assist and listen to any improvements or suggestions.

Running on a $150m Superyacht
The sheer amount of useful functions combined with continuous development makes this an impressive app! Numerous feature requests we’ve made have already been rolled out! The Data Privacy, Evacuation list and Document/Message signing are stand-out features. Fantastic support team and great value for money :)

Excellent app, excellent support
We’ve been using the app in our school for about a month now, and throughout that time the company have been wonderfully responsive to support requests and feedback. The app is improving on a monthly basis and offers a huge amount of flexibility in the configuration. It’s been so successful that we’re already rolling it out over another two iPads. Very happy with it, and looking forward to using it for years to come!

Very stable and user friendly
Been using this as a sign in kiosk in a corporate environment for over 2 months. Apart from the odd niggles (turn off auto updates) and general iPad issues the app has been rock solid. Easy to use and gives a lot of functions for a decent price. On to my 2nd install on the same site now as it’s been a big hit. I have contacted support before the initial deployment and responded within a few minutes. Very happy.
