The app works great but it not accessible for blind or visually impaired users

I attempted to use VoiceOver with the sign language translator app and I was able to enter the text that I wanted to translate. However, the issue that I had was the picture description of the letter by letter ASL alphabet signs that were presented to represent the text, which I had entered did not have all text or any type of button notating that there was a visual representation of the type with individual alphabet letters. A person who is blind or visually impaired that is using this app might assume that the signs are full sign and not letter by letter alphabet. Science is important that you clarify this for your visually impaired users.

Cool

I’m so surprised that. That’s cool

Doesn’t work…

The screen went completely into ghost mode… all of the sudden.

not helpful

It gives you the alphabet and doesn’t convert into actual signs. Not helpful unless you are planning to only ever spell everything out

It’s alright

As a person who is learning sign I didn’t like how it was finger spelling, I want to know how to say the actual words not the finger spelling, kind of disappointing

Re

My only suggestion is make it work without Wi-Fi love the app though

Amazing!

Best app I could find!

Dosnt work

All it gives you is the alphabet letters for it as a person who knows sign, it’s a rip off

Terrible

It’s just a black screen

Response from developer

Hi Little miss 143, I'm sorry to hear that you have difficulty using the app.🙁 Is the first time that a user declare this problem. A internet connection is required to use the app! Can you send me please a print of your black screen to help@signlanguagetranslator.net?

It’s awesome!

This is definitely a good app for beginners if you are trying to learn how to finger translate first, once you have the finger translating down you can pick up another app for versus.

So cool!

This has been super helpful learning hand signs, will recommend to all by friends!!! love it!! :)

It’s Okay I Guess

I mean it’s okay it only fingerspells things though
