Could be a useful app

Installed the app on iPad Pro 3rd Gen with iOS 14.3. I set up my sign up sheet and created a test entry by clicking ADD. Once the first entry is saved, the option to “edit last entry” becomes available or a new entry can be added. Clicking on “edit last entry” will allow for changes however the SAVE button becomes inactive and the only way out of the modified entry is to close the app. Toggling “Show edit last entry” does not work. Sent an email to “support” 7 days ago and still waiting for a response...please fix.

Nice app

Simple and to the point. I gave it 4 starts. If it had more fields I'd give it 5. All the other apps cost too much or require a monthly service fees. I just need something that I can put out at our shows and collect info, put the info into a CSV and this does it.

Doesn't scroll and the keyboard stays up so you can't actually hit the add button, making the app completely dysfunctional.
