Doesn't work
I tap on the screen and all it does is beep the flash does not light up

That’s odd! You’re the first person to report this. The light should activate when you hear the beep. Does your flashlight work otherwise? I waited for your support request email but haven’t received anything. Did you get it working? If you couldn’t get it working, please ask Apple for a refund. I won’t be offended.
