No way to cancel subscription
I had no luck identifying the signature I was looking for. Now I can’t find any way to cancel this app subscription.
Sketchy subscription pricing, Didn’t work.
This app’s subscription policy is a joke. My son downloaded this app on a three day trial for free to scan a picture and see if he could identify a signature. It didn’t work.
Fast forward three weeks later and I noticed my bill had three $10 charges. $10/week for a three day trial?
Not only that there’s another three day trial currently being offered for half the price I’m paying??
The annual price is $50 a year. So if somebody signs up for a three day free trial & then forgets about it.. they end up paying $520/yr! 10x the annual app price!!
Is developer testing out different strategies to make money?? How bout just write an app that works?!
What happened to good iPhone apps? Now everything is a scam. They need to get these app stuff off the App Store. Less is more.

I can only assume that the database available to the AI bot contains only well-known artists because the ones I tried only came back with “without more context…” I provided additional context (medium, subject) and got the same response. On the whole, this app is useless, and I’m glad I was able to do a free trial, otherwise I’d be mad I paid for nothing.

Everytime I take a picture all I get is a “sorry encountered a problem plz try again later”
Waste of memory
Took pictures of 9 trading cards and all gave me a download error.
