App isn’t working right

I giving this app two stars because I was really excited about the premise of the app. Otters are my favorite animal and when my coworker recommended this app I downloaded it immediately. Sadly I’ve been trying to signup and start exploring the app but no matter how many times I try to sign up, login, delete and reinstall the app. I never am able to get passed naming my otter. It’s say first there is an error because it skips sign in but then it has me verify that i am over 13. After that no matter what I try to name my otter I just get an error saying there is a network error issue. I try to report a bug on the website but I get an error about the websites IP address. I really want to use this app but I have no idea how I can even fix my problem.

Wish it vibrated watch when getting a visit

Needs a watch notification when getting visit, whether it be a vibration, or a color change on screen.

Otherwise, becomes “work” and misses all timely moments

Really cute when it works!

My boyfriend and I have each other paired on this app. I get notifications on my phone about half the time while he never gets notifications. Also, if the notification is a little older and you tap on it, his otter does not come up on mine. We have tried sitting on the app at the same time and sending each other otters, but they don’t come. Wish this could get figured out because it’s a great idea!

Super cute

The app is lovely. I really like the animations. I am however seeing issues where is don’t get notifications reliably. An update to the app would be great.

Absolutely adorable, but has some flaws

I love this app, me and my partner have otters together. (Their names are Snickers and Puddle! ❤️) I must say though, this app does not come without its flaws. Whenever my partner sends me something I can not react to them and it makes me feel SO bad! It seems to just disappear. :( I really hope you can fix this.
