Was great, now not so much
Worked great for a long time. Then, stopped interfacing with Dropbox. Fine, I figured out a work around, although not particularly convenient. Now, it won't even launch. Deleting. Not worth the trouble to try to get fixed when it doesn't work properly anymore.
Too bad
Bought this hoping it would save me time and a way I could electronically save signed documents. Just doesn’t work the way it is supposed to. Looks like the developers also threw in the towel. Waste of my time and money and I have moved on.
Freezes frequently
Working on an iPad Pro. I've attempted several times to add my signature and the program freezes each time. What a waste of time and money... I can't even get started on this app.

This app was great, easy to use until it locked. I have purchased the iPhone version in addition to the iPad version and they are both locked and useless. I have reset, uninstalled reinstalled to no avail. I have 'lost' many documents. This app is unreliable.
Not Reliable
First, I lost 12-15 signed docs due to the app locking up and not responding after it opened up. Second, it takes 15-25 secs for a doc to open. Third, signed and annotated docs are not attached to emails when sent. Unreliable app. Really not thrill about loosing completed and signed docs due to the app not responding after it was opened. I had considered purchasing this app, but choose not to.

Quick and Easy
I don't understand why this app has so many bad reviews.... I use it daily for my business for signing contracts. I find that there is no need to save individual signatures (plus for security reasons clients prefer that the app doesn't save the signature). Paying for extra signature spaces is only needed if you intend on reusing the signature. For a one time signature, I find that after you add a signature to the document it is easy to maneuver it to the exact location and scale it up or down to size. Also as a side note if you have someone with a "fat finger" choose the thick setting when signing. Adding text to the document is easy too. Then save the PDF directly to your Dropbox and share with whom ever you choose. Easy as 1-2-3.

Great concept, update needed
This is a great app but there is one MAJOR flaw and a couple additions this could use. The thing crashes a lot so that needs fixed. Crashing in the middle of a document means starting all over. Maybe an autosave feature would be handy because of this. Would also be nice to rename docs versus having to save them "as" then deleting the original.
Outside of those couple things this is great!! I have purchased all the add-ons and use this non-stop in my daily real estate business. I hope future improvements will come. What I would love to see is something I can store as a "template" then just be able to use my Bluetooth keyboard and the tab button to jump to field versus typing in something, having it randomly appear somewhere and then moving it where the desired location is.

Suggestion for improvement
I often have a need for clients to sign and initial many pages in one pdf (I'm a realtor). It would be a really fantastic improvement to the program if when the user hits the "next page" icon on the lower right in the program, you would have the option to keep the software in "add signature mode" as you progress through each page of a multi-page pdf. It's very annoying when you have a multi-page pdf, and all you want your client to do is sign or initial each page, and you have to go to the "Add" button at the top right and select "signature" from the pull-down menu for each page. Also, when you have to sign or initial multiple times on the same page you should have a shortcut button somewhere on the screen that lets you add a signature with one click (without selecting from a pull down menu). That would be much easier and save a lot of time.

Functionally OK, could use fine tuning
I bought this app looking to digitally sign PDF documents and save them to the cloud. This accomplishes that fine. However, outside of that it is pretty cumbersome.
It has the option to put in text boxes, check marks, dates and much more, which is awesome. However, I tried "filling out" a PDF form using these tools, and it was brutal. Having to overlay these items on the iPad screen with lackluster controls killed me.
Having said that, I STRONGLY recommend this to the developer: look into Citrix Receiver for iPad, especially the "trackpad" navigation function. Using a control similar to this for dropping the text (so that my finger doesn't obscure my vision of where I wish to place text/checkboxes) would improve the experience immensely.
The application is sluggish at startup. Also, more cloud-distribution would be nice. WHY cant i download PDFs from my cloud storage directly, a-la the interface of iFiles? Upon saving my PDF files, I'd like to have the option to upload to more options than just dropbox.
I'd say buy it, but this developer needs to step it up if they want to keep business going, too many oversights in terms of polish and functionality, which will make this app obsolete in the short term future.

Simple and Intuitive
I bought this to evaluate for my girlfriend who is a realtor and she ended up buying it and loves it.
The application doesn't have a lot of options and that's partly why I bought it. Unlike competing products, there is no need for long drawn out wizards nor is there a need to zoom in/move the document to try to get the appropriate positioning & scale. The big box at the bottom makes it easy for people that aren't familiar with the app to sign and be done. Saving to drop box or file system is as easy as mailing the document to recipients. 5 thumbs up! ;-)
Note: It would be nice to have a free trial version to evaluate before buying. Some people probably don't want to take a chance on a product that they can't try first.

I had hoped this would work for some of my contracts. It lacks some basic capabilities.
My docs are 8.5x14, the software reformats the docs to fit the screen instead of scrolling. The text becomes unreadable. Also, after filling out a document, you only get the option to email and save, no save as, so the original is over written. When you do email the PDF the text is garbled and looks like it ran through a fax machine. The fine text is no longer readable and the large text looks like crap.
In order to add text or signatures you have to type or sign then move the text to the area where you want it. It would be nice to click the area where you want the text to start.
Overall, with these limitations I have found this app will not help me do what I needed it to. I have wasted $4. Don't be like me, investigate your options first.
Hope there are some major updates soon! I will update this review if I see improvements.

Prints Horrible
This program is ideal but unfortunately has poor resolution capabilities. Original high quality PDF gets converted to a pixelized, low res image and pictures within the PDF also become poor. When these newly converted PDFs later get viewed or printed, just look at the low end results. It's Horrible.
Everything else is pretty cool but I agree with the others and their ideas as well.
Another great update is to also let you import pics into the PDF since it let's you import other objects but of course, the resolution problem would have to be corrected for this to look and work great. This App has incredible potential but still needs a bit of work. Please fix the quality of resolution. This is incredibly important. Thanks!

Not quite ready for Prime Time.
This app has potential, but falls a bit short of the mark. It does give you the ability to sign a PDF. That feature alone makes it worth looking at, but NOT at the $3.99 price. It's close to being a good app though.
A big issue I had (for my intended use) was that if you signed a form and wanted to e-mail it (or save it) you corrupt your original form. Basically saving over your original. Make a mistake? Want to start over? or in my case just need to have a client sign an agreement... No way to save with a new name or change the document once you've saved it with any old options.
Missing Features:
iDisk / Drop Box / Anyway other than iTunes or e-mail to import PDFs
Save As.. Function..
Select where to place the data before placing
size data once on the screen using the standard pinch/un-pinch rather than a slider control.

I Love This App
When I first purchased my iPad I would load apps without checking them out thoroughly. After learning my lesson I discovered that often times people don't care for the applications because they just don't understand how they work This app does an excellent job once you learn a bit more about it. That is where the developers fail somewhat. They have a video that you need to watch but they could still do a better job at letting you know exactly how this product works. Once you are able to understand some of the necessary steps (such as embedding the PDF properly) this program is tremendous and does an excellent job at what it was designed to do. I really do think it is a great app and I am getting a lot of usage out of it.

Great app, but it has it's gremlins (bugs)
I bought two iPads just because this application was available. It works great for most of my needs. I say "most" because there is one large (data size) PDF file that I constantly need signed for various purchases, that just doesn't like to play nice with the application.
I contacted the developer and he was more than eager to try and help me out with my issue. For that alone, the app is worth purchasing. You don't see excellent support from developers around here. But these guys were on the ball. I received an email reply within a couple of hours.
After a few back and forth emails, the developer is still looking into the matter (I hope). :D
Either way, for more sane PDF file sizes (data size-wise), the application works beautifully. As mentioned before, a zoom option would be fantastic. Maybe it will be in a future release? I can only hope so.

I bought this with high hopes. It doesn't work. In theory, this would be a great app and extremely helpful to my business as a real estate broker. I will say that the support staff was very responsive but that doesn't help if the product doesn't work. When you sign a PDF and hit save/email, it crashes 99% of the time. Also, when I would save the signed copy (the times it didn't crash) it would come out completely blank. Support told me that it was another app that I installed that was affecting this app. So I restored the ipad and put ONLY this app on and it still didn't work. The I told support that the pages that I was importing were turning out blank and they told me that the lines were probably not embedded and I needed adobe illustrator to trace over the lines and then import...WHAT??
Anyway, I will be happy to update my review once an update has been published that allows this app to work. But as of now I have tried everything that was recommended and nadda. I spent $10 and 2 whole days trying to get this thing to work.

Issue with text missing
This app has a lot of potential. However, I have tried three PDF documents and have had the same problem with each document. The issue is after I add a signature, I save it and then when I re-open or email the document, most of the original text is then GONE! It just disappears!
I have deleted the the app and reinstalled, but, the same problem still exists.
Also, please make it so the app can be used horizontally as well as vertically.
I am also having a problem with my iPad crashing when opening this app.
I contacted the developer and was impressed with the quick response. Hopefully, he will be able to correct the issues. I will update this when that happens.
