Bait & Switch

Horrible app interface. Nearly impossible to use on your phone, required if you want to edit a doc prior to faxing with its corresponding app, and overall horrible experience.

Awkward App

Unfortunately, this app is not very intuitive. It does not remember you and you need to log back in almost every time you use it and reset your password. If you receive the fax upside down, there’s no easy way to flip it and sign it. So I end up sending faxes signed upside down, looking very unprofessional. It needs a rethink with consultation to users.

Please write back to us at support@alohi.com in case you continue to face that issue on your app. For the rotate issue: You can rotate your received faxes from the 3-dot menu and then send to Sign.Plus to sign. This way your documents won't be upside down when you sign them. Hope this resolves. Alohi Team

I scan EVERYTHING with this. Receipts, notes; contracts, even my kid’s drawings so I have them forever. Love love love.

Deceiving in my opinion

Where is customer focus I feel like it doesn’t exist anymore I wanted to like this app but in my opinion This felt like a bait and switch oh try and unsubscribe that’s tricky to

I Used to be able to sign using old versions of the app. I already pay a subscription fee. How dare you strip away something I was already paying for and try to charge me more.

In the meantime, to share a signed document on SIGN.PLUS, simply swipe left on the document you wish to share, tap on More, and then select Share. This will enable you to quickly and easily send your signed document to the intended recipient.
