Need More Cat Profiles
I absolutely love this camera and the idea behind it.
However, I run a rescue and at times have 15 or so cats — some with complex medical needs. This camera only allows for up to 10 cat profiles to monitor their bathroom habits and flag and potential health issues.
I bought multiple cameras thinking it would allow me to add more profiles, but I cannot.
If I had the option to add up to 15 or 20 cat profiles it would exceed all of my expectations!
Nonetheless, the concept and capabilities to monitor is fantastic!
Please allow for more pet profiles as that would make it chefs kiss, 10/10!

I don’t leave reviews often, but the litterlens + app has been super helpful in keeping track of my cat’s bathroom habits. i used to do the process manually with a home camera but this app solved this problem for me entirely. good stuff
Original backer very disappointed
Couldn’t be more disappointed in this app and the camera. The tracking quality is awful it will track for maybe 10 seconds and then immediately go into search mode, it dosent have night vision which any standard security camera does. It seems they promised a lot in their kickstarter and for how much I paid for the camera I expected a lot more.

Nice app
Love this app. Works flawlessly with the camera. I haven’t had any major problems with it. However it lacks the ability to edit when the cat has a bowel movement and the camera fails to capture it. I’ve been told the update is coming out this month. However, I’ve been told that before. I do recommend it though with high hopes that further updates will roll out soon.

Thank you for your suggestion. This feature has been officially launched. You may update the app to use it. If you have any other suggestions, you can also submit them via the feedback function within the app.
Don’t bother if you live in anything bigger than a single bedroom apartment
The cameras can’t connect to wifi if they are more than a couple of metres away from the router and in direct line of sight.
