1.0.3

Faridkot Teeka English for the Guru Granth Sahib. • Faridkot Teeka English is a translation choice, matched to each line (about 91% of lines, 98% of verse lines) and searchable with the other English. Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa's English is a choice again. ---- 1.0.2 ---- Learn offline, a calmer Gutka, iKirtan, widgets that work, and a welcome tour after every update. • The app opens on Search, with your favourites, folders and History under it. A new Banis tab holds today's Hukamnama, the three Granths, the Gutka, your own pothis, Sehaj Paath and Amrit Kirtan. • A simpler shabad view: one menu (Add Note, Explain with AI, Find Similar Shabads, Go to Highlighted Line, Find in Shabad, Larivaar, Paragraph, Pronunciation Tips) and a Display sheet with three choices. Finer settings are in Settings, and in the Settings app under Sikhi. • Every translation, transliteration, tip and note has its own colour, readable on every theme. Lines break between whole words. • The Guru Granth Sahib and Dasam Granth text, word division and pause marks now come from GursevakDB. Your favourites, folders, notes and History move with it. • Pause marks: GursevakDB, ShabadOS, or Sikhi to the Max and iGurbani together. • BaniDB's English for the Dasam Granth is a choice beside Dr. Kohli and Sikhi.io. • Pronunciation tips show how a word is said. • Mahan Kosh in 28 languages, with the Punjabi original beside each meaning. • 108 FM is rebuilt inside the app: it shuffles AKJ.org, Gurmat Veechar, Kirtan Sewa, Keerat and Gurbani Updesh by the time of day, and plays Amrit Vela, Rehras and Kirtan Sohila at their times for where you are. • Learn works with no connection: Shaheeds, Timeline, Encyclopedia, Dictionary, Surnames, Stories, the Classics and every Sikh University course are on your device. Books in the PDF library can be downloaded to keep. • The tabs are now Learn, Banis, Search, Listen and More, with Search in the middle. The gear on every page opens Sikhi's page in the Settings app, where the preferences live. • The Gutka is calmer and always a paragraph, with a go-to-section list in each bani, the Vaaran and the Chaubis Avtar one vaar or avtar at a time, and a version choice only where the printed versions differ. • Mahan Kosh shows its English beside the Punjabi. Charitropakhyan shows Dr. Kohli's English and Dr. Jaggi's Punjabi under each line. iKirtan is in Listen, and SikhNet Play opens from it. • Search everything is instant, and a question about something in a Santhia article opens that article. The app icon follows your iPhone's light and dark appearance. • The welcome tour opens after every update. Quieter on battery and data: coarse location for prayer times, no background timer while nothing plays, and 108 FM starts at once and fetches less on cellular or Low Data Mode. • Gurbani search finds first letters anywhere in a line and lists the shortest lines first. Widgets: Style and Show English work, the Dasam hukamnama loads, and the random shabad has a refresh button. • Faster Gurbani search and a smaller library. • Fits an iPhone held sideways. A new Liquid Glass app icon. Game Center achievements, leaderboards and friends.
