Buggy and now not functional
This app has always been buggy. We will often have to restart the machine in order for the app to recognize it in the devices tab. Even though it shows up as connected in our Bluetooth settings. And even though we have tried to add device it will never Find the device unless we restart the machine by turning it off and turning it back on again. Also, it is now totally not functional because it will not connect to my new iPhone 16 no matter what I do. I do not recommend this device/app.

Amazing
I just got this for Christmas and it has been nothing but great. It connects to my phone so absolutely no confusion whatsoever. I do have a suggestion though- instead of playing the music or stories on your phone it would be nice to have it conn to the alarm clock itself. Besides that I LOVE it and i hope you buy it too!!

Alarm feature unusable
I made the mistake of setting an alarm to gently wake up my baby at the same time every morning. When I wanted to change the alarm or turn it off, nothing worked. The alarm continues to go off after powering off and no matter what I try. When I try to delete the alarm, i can't. When I try to adjust the alarm, I get an error code and nothing changes. When I try to silence the alarm, it simply snoozes it and resounds mere minutes later. This machine is now worthless garbage. Extremely frustrated.

Help!
Keep getting an error that says “turn off alarm now?” But does not allow you to press any buttons to exit from that screen to make adjustments. Love the idea but the app is glitchy!
Bad app
The app is so bad that I had to write a review. Essentially non functional.
Annoying app issue
The app prompts me to turn my alarm off, but get stuck with a pop-up notification that requires me to reboot my alarm and the app. This happens every day. Definitely will be replacing this piece of junk with a system that works.
Same issues as the “help” review
I cannot create a new alarm nor make changes to an old one. The clock is now useless. Now I can’t even turn off the alarm from the app…the app is basically useless.
Help what happened?
I’m having the same problems as other recent reviewers. My device is useless until the app is fixed. Not fair! I’ve paid for a device that doesn’t work? Please fix the app!
Latest app update is awful
Alarms no longer work, when they go off, I can’t turn off by app. Having connectivity issues now as well.

Won’t Turn Off
I used this clock/lamp for one year and it was great. Now when the alarm goes off, I can’t turn it off. It rings constantly and wakes my husband up. I have deleted the app, logged out and back in, made sure updates were downloaded. I have no idea what else to do. I’m so frustrated that I now have a useless alarm clock. What a waste of money!

Help
I tried to go to the website to reach support but the page does not go through. I love the lamp/alarm that I have and I’ve had it for the last 6 months. Up until this point I’ve had no issues with the lamp or the app, but now I’m experiencing issues with the app that now effect my lamp usage.
As I attempt to set an alarm- the one I’ve used every day for months- if I want to make an changes to it, it immediately erases what I’ve done and stays how it’s previously been set although I’ve hit save. If I go to set a new alarm (add a day, time, sound preference, color preference, etc), it doesn’t save at all- nothing shows up. I’ve tried a million times over and over again to set it up and it won’t save, so now I’m extremely frustrated, worried that my alarm won’t sound off in the morning when I need it to. I assume it’s a bug in the app, but there’s no way to contact the creator to relay the message.

Recent Update is broken
I’ve had my lamp for a year and have enjoyed it. However, the most recent update from last week has broken most features.
1. When my alarm goes off, I can only snooze it. I can’t turn it off unless I unplug the lamp.
2. The app asks if I want to cancel the alarm, but no option to select.
3. My personal alarm data disappeared and was replaced with stock alarm times.
4. Unable to personalise the alarm times. I’m stuck on 5:30 am, 6:09 am, and 10:03 pm…??
5. Snooze feature not working.
6. Light now randomly adjust its own brightness; not related to a waking sequence.
I hope a fix comes soon! I can’t currently use my Silent Lamp.

New release is awful
I can’t create a new alarm, my old alarms were deleted, the wake up sounds or new and all so jarring, the app is more confusing to use. Looks like I’ll be needing a new alarm solution
It was good but
This was a very nice app, but recently with some of their app updates it has become somewhat unstable. The main problem is that now new alarms can’t be added and older alarms can’t be deleted or turned off.
Terrible Update
This update makes the alarm clock function totally unusable. I have no idea what happened but the alarms I had programmed and been using have disappeared and it is now literally impossible to program an alarm. The app has always been buggy, but this is beyond frustrating.
Frustrated
App does not function properly. Every time I go to set an alarm an error message pops up. Useless
Cool idea but..
The app won't let me turn the lamp brightness down. and none of the "alarm sounds" are alarm sounds at all. they are quiet and more like sound machine sounds. my alarm didn't even go off this morning so i'm disappointed.
Amazing
This is the best for my daughter she can’t wake up if alarms aren’t loud it really helps her wake up with out me saying get up get up it has a speaker that she uses I love this I recommend this lamp
Not worth it
All of the alarm sounds are very quiet and relaxing. They make you want to sleep. Not a single sound is meant to be used as an alarm
