It doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. I’ve tried for 30 minutes to setup an alternate pickup and it just keeps giving me an input error.

I give it one star because I couldn’t give it zero. It doesn’t work half the time and the app is in cahoots with schools to charge you money for a totally broken app.
Logs you out multiple times a day and doesn't save login
When you are trying to check where your student is, need to quickly change their pickup, or are about to head to the school and need the app open, you want to be able to quickly login. This app does the opposite of that. It logs you out constantly and there is no "Face ID" option, nor is it set up where your phone can save your password to quickly enter or use shortcuts for entering your email address. Almost EVERY time I want to check on a child I have to log-in and enter everything manually. Does it let me in? Yes. Is it convenient, fast, or stress-reducing? Definitely not. The developers need to do some work to make this an app that more aligns with todays technology.

Not great with design flow
The dismissal override should be a simple button , but then you have to go to some place , then edit , then overide etc.

Cobraron $1.99 para las mismas funciones de la app gratis… ya que el proceso de dismissal de la escuela de los hijos es una pesadilla, pensé que podía ayudar pero de hecho no te permite llamar a los niños por medio de la aplicación, solo te da un status que no garantiza que tu hijo ya viene en camino… terrible!

What’s the purpose
You can’t notified them that you’re at the pickup location. So what’s the purpose of this app?? It’s useless.
Unable to load products, try again later
This app is pathetic, it worked for 2 weeks after that I’m keep on getting the following error “unable to load products, try again later, and I’m not getting any notification on my kid dismissal.
Such a bad design I can’t even track the bus status.

I can’t keep the app open. The moment I click on the child’s name, the app crashes and closes.

There is no way to see past pick ups. This app really makes no sense
No help and breaks
There is no contact us place to get help. I have to pay for this because the school uses it and the app doesn’t work correctly 20% of the time (= once a week). Why can’t I change things for my kids in the app ALL of the time? I can’t even ask someone. The I like version is not user friendly either.

The App developer listens to feedback. I was contacted directly to discuss my issues and was assisted with tech support.
Doesn’t work but charged 6 times
When I installed this App and tried to use it - it didn’t work at all but asked me to access and to subscribe for $1,99 and when I subscribed- it still didn’t work and it asked to pay again. So I subscribed 6 times and they charged $11,94 but this App still doesn’t work and every time asks to subscribe for $1,99. I sent email to the developer but never get any reply or any refund for the payments that were charged by mistake.

Was a bad app now an unusable one
Used last year and paid the subscription. Although it had a terrible interface and limited features it at least worked. This year any attempt to login gives the error: “Unknown or invalid response from server.” The error message cant be dismissed. You have to force the app closed. I also tried setting up a new account using the QR code from the school and get an error that the student reference code is invalid. Yet I am able to access from the web page.

Not good
Only gave it a 1 star because you can give negative stars not only did the app. Not work but they still took my money for the upgrade and doesn’t work. It’s so bad that the school opted out of using it after only a few days.
Terrible
An app preview is supposed to give you an idea of how the app works and what it can do, this gives you nothing! No intro, no demo, no user instructions... but it’s really good at asking you to pay for the app!
