Poor Imitation

There are other apps that do what this app does but better. It seems like a copy and not a genuine idea

Boring, is it a scam?

Not sure if its just a backdoor app for data collection/ hacking

A mess

The app is way too confusing and doesn’t even work. I can’t add 90% of the fragrances I own.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear this - the collection is currently around 2800 perfumes, all of which I have to manually add one by one. Because of that, growing the database is a long-term thing that I will be continuously working on. If there are any brands/perfumes you want added, please let me know and I can add them directly.

Broken Ai mess

The app barely works and is so full of junk files that it takes up 180 MB of storage. Enough of these ai slop apps made by people who don’t understand the code it makes

TRASH

Unfortunately, I downloaded this app with high hopes of an engaging and user friendly fragrance app. After seeing this promoted on TikTok, I was excited to see what the hype was all about. I went to add my favorite fragrance to my "collection" that doesn't even work, and the notes were so wrong I audibly laughed. To add to this abysmal so called "fragrance community app" there weren't even pictures of the fragrances. I am a visual person so this was very difficult for me to be sure that I was inputing the correct fragrance, because once again the notes were wrong. Sorry, not sorry. This will require a little more attention to detail in order for me to give this another try.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately there are a lot of legal hurdles to get over before I can include clean bottle images, and since I’m a one person team having to create and update the app myself, I’ve implemented placeholder images for now. As for the notes being wrong - I do have to manually input each perfume and its notes/accords one by one, using publicly available sources for the information. Because each one is input manually, there is the chance for a mismatch/errors in the info. That is why I included a report button in each perfume page for users to report when perfume information is incorrect. Ultimately I’m a solo-dev and this is my first app, but I am doing my best to give as much attention to detail as possible. Hopefully you’re willing to give it another try after a while once the app is more stable.

terrible

very hard to get around the app

Too complex

This feels like an ai app that is doing too much. There are so many settings and tweaks and I feel like you have to know your scents to figure this out. I got this because I thought it would help as a beginner wanting to learn more.
