I love this app, it's very easy to use
Needs immediate fixes
Hello, I am a customer and would like to bring three issues to the team’s attention, two I believe are hurting your sales while the other is a minor annoyance.
The first issue is a serious bug/irritation that is hurting sales. When conducting a search in the app and viewing the results, if you want to click on a search result item to see the info page, there appears to be the ability to “go back” and navigate back to the search results; however clicking the small back arrow inside the app does not appear to actually function over several app versions that I have used.
This is a HUGE annoyance for anyone looking for a product and requires you to go back to scratch with setting up a new search, typing it in again, assigning the search filters and sorting options. In short, it does not function. Makes you want to leave right away.
The second bug is….simply put, the ability to sort search results by price (high>low or opposite) does not actually sort the search results list by price. Broken.
The third issue I have for now is the non destructive, reoccurring reminder to “verify” one’s account. I contacted the team and asked them to verify me as I was already approved for military program, but they said it’s one or the other. If they verify, then I’ll lose my military program access.
It would be prudent to remind a new app customer once or thrice about “verifying” and then when they dismiss several times, it sets a flag to NOT SHOW AGAIN. That would help me out a lot. I will review new updates and update this as needed.

Awful App
I’ve been very happy dealing with this company, but absolutely awful app. Nothing works. You guys can do better.
