Not impressed with platform
Despite the fact that I've utilized Heritage to purchase a variety of different items, I'm highly unimpressed with their notification and update systems. There are a variety of different items of interest for which I have tagged and put on my watchlist. I have not been notified inappropriate time to bid on these. Furthermore, when I do bid my bids have not been active. This is very disappointing. I'm very unhappy with this platform. It is not efficient. It is highly suspect.
Their search capability and menus differ dramatically when accessing the app
And change frequently.
There is no private offerings option on the app and limited to desktop searches.
When trying to to make offers to owners, it is difficult if not impossible to track your progress or previous offers resulting in me making multiple repeat offers to same seller.
I would expect more from this auction house

Unintuitive & difficult navigation. Is this 1995?
Overly cluttered and hard to find desired auction with klugey search engine. Results difficult to navigate. IMHO most difficult of all large auction sites. Good information aggregated poorly by a crippled platform.
Great place to buy coins
Iβve been very happy using this website for purchasing coins at reasonable prices and the auction experience has been positive for me
