Not impressed with platform
Despite the fact that I've utilized Heritage to purchase a variety of different items, I'm highly unimpressed with their notification and update systems. There are a variety of different items of interest for which I have tagged and put on my watchlist. I have not been notified inappropriate time to bid on these. Furthermore, when I do bid my bids have not been active. This is very disappointing. I'm very unhappy with this platform. It is not efficient. It is highly suspect.

The analysis bring me joy to learn how others have come to analyze coins. mine are graded not sealed
I have several rare that numismatics look over the differences; when there’s ten differences from the other coins it means there’s something different about it. I can count seven different alterations on my 1921 Morgan dollar easily. The wings on the reverse should reach to the walls they don’t, the edge of the coin should be highest part of the coin all the way around, the top half is indented that’s an imperfect strike and why Zerbe didn’t make anymore special editions because the liberty’s became ready. My ancestor chatted with him all the time and Zerbe gave him error coins because back then he’d get fired for making coins not up to par and my ancestor paid him for the cost to make them right. That’s how things worked back then. I have a Franklin half dollar where they used the wrong die and the whole thing turned black and I have 1889 coins without any oxidization kept in the same case.

It’s okay. It’s a little bit difficult to enter coins. Tried adding by normal search and add multiple coins, won’t work. Tried the SN method, didn’t work. Of course it was by phone also.

People DO NOT deal with these people. They pick and choose what they want to work with instead of auctioning what ever comes their way. If it doesn’t sell , then it doesn’t sell. On top of that, YOU PAY them to Auction your stuff off and then the buyer has to pay ALSO. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE and go to another auction house

Your Website is terrible . Its confusing , doesn’t give directions, hard to find specific auctions. Troublesome to get your card authenticated. It couldn’t be worse compared to the stacks and bowers sight or application
Disappointment for the app not your online website
When I use the app on my iPad, it only shows horizontal, but my iPad’s on a keyboard so it doesn’t work for me because I need it to be vertical very strange but

It is a great app but it needs improvements, I know whatever I sold or bought throughout the years it is somewhere in the app but I have a difficult time finding it. Sometimes I come across it by accident. Also I don’t k ow how to turn on the feature to sell now. It is not easy to do.
Frustrated
Definitely the hardest auction platform to get registered at every single step is not just a hurdle but a brick wall been trying to register for so many days and it seems impossible and I’ve registered a dozens literally dozens if not more auction houses
No longer iPad compatible?
Was a nice app, but recently they switched to vertical mobile phone layout only. Strange.

I don’t know why but you guys, Papa Murphy’s pizza and BlueMountain e-cards absolutely will not rotate to a horizontal view. They will only show themselves vertically. It’s annoying. I don’t know why it does it. I don’t get as good picture and perspective.

App keeps kicking me out
Everytime I go to pay the app shuts down
Unpredictable
Sometimes the app works well other times it won’t let me login. The app said that my password was incorrect, even though it was in my saved Passwords. I proceeded to say that I forgot my password so it was supposed to send a link To my email. I tried this twice and it still did not send a link to my email. After I finally got all this resolved I tried to login a different day during an auction and it said there’s too many attempts and locked my account. I’m kind of tired of it and don’t feel like bothering any longer.
