Most recent App update is awful
I’ve used this app for years with no issues. However, I cannot explain how awful the most recent app update is. It makes the entire user experience so much more difficult and the app such a headache to navigate. I’m begging the team to please reverse the updates to be more similar to the old version.

Shocked App is Still So Bad
The new app is fairly commonly reviewed as terrible. It still is. It’s clunky and if anything it’s gotten slower. I check in once a week or two to see if they’ll fix it. Old app worked fine. They must have saved a bunch of money just switching to what appears to be their website as an “app” or I can’t see why else they would do it.

Step backward !!
This used to be a very user friendly app and website . The redesign is not pleasing and the app and website are both now very clunky and hard to use !
User Interface Issues
The revised user interface is horrible and makes me not want to use the app. I frequently scrolled through EBTH but stopped because of the interface - I just checked to see if it had improved (it hasn’t) so I will likely stop using it again
